Vial filler
The new generation VEVU test-vial reagent filler uses in-line image analysis to sort vials from a bulk feeder (a collaboration with Hupico), and fills them one by one. It automatically fills and caps thousands of reagent vials in a working day, ready for use in the field the next day.

Powder Dosing
Automated gravimetric dosing of powders, grains, granulates with mg precision into flasks, vials, filter cups and more. Using appropriate flasks, dosing can range up to 100 grams or down to 100 mg. Up to 80 samples an hour can be processed with 4 parallel dispensers. High precision dosing CV’s well below 1% can be achieved in the 500-1000 mg range.
Liquid or acid dispensing and make to volume can be optionally included.

Hemo

HEMO is a 2nd generation compact mobile-lab blood analyser for veterinary use, to rapidly assess the hemoglobin content of cattle blood. Up to 700 samples in 10ul capillaries can be tested in a day of farm visits, and results are available immediately to the animal caretaker and farmer.

Copper Concentrate Analysis
An automated platform for determining 10% to 50% copper from concentrated powder samples, using iodometric titration. Here a non-contact video titration was implemented to meet specific requirements, while automated potentiometric titration can also be integrated for the same process.
